Our venison comes from farm-raised deer on the extensive unsprayed pastures of New Zealand, with consideration for the welfare of both the animal and our environment. Unlike wild deer, who always live in a constant state of survival, pasture-raised deer have access to food, water and shelter with no predators. The deer are all grass-fed and finished without hormones or antibiotics, the farms are humane certified, and New Zealand is a non-GMO country.
