Free Shipping: Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or US mail.
Shipping schedule: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, Central Time Zone. Once an order is received it takes approximately 1-2 business days to ship. Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Check your spam folder. You can also log into your account for status and tracking info.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options such as overnight or 2-day are not offered online. If you need an order quickly, do not place your order online, call us during our operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, Central Time Zone) to see if expedited shipping is available and get a quote.
Most pets love our products; but every pet is unique in their tastes and appetite and things can change over time. We will offer a refund when necessary. We cannot accept open products for return. Unopened products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product and any tax assessed only, return shipping is not included in refunds.

Email a description of your return (order date, order number, items included in the return and tracking number for the package you sent) to: firstname.lastname@example.org. When we receive the package you will receive a confirmation email. At that time, please call our order fulfillment line at 414-935-4203 during business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm Central Time Zone) to give your original payment method to our Order Fulfillment Specialist so we can issue the credit. If you receive a voice greeting, leave a detailed message and we will call you at our earliest convenience.
