Most pets love our products; but every pet is unique in their tastes and appetite and things can change over time. We will offer a refund when necessary. We cannot accept open products for return. Unopened products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product and any tax assessed only, return shipping is not included in refunds.

Email a description of your return (order date/number, items included and tracking number for the package) to: When we received the package you will receive a confirmation email. At that time, please call our order fulfillment line at 414-935-4203 during business hours (8:30am to 4:40pm CST) to give your original payment method to our Order Fulfillment Specialist so we can issue the credit. If you receive a voice greeting, leave a detailed message and we will call you at our earliest convenience.
