Used to be actual bigger pieces, but now It’s just dust, unsuitable to give as treats. I keep buying to see if it will change, but it’s literally crumble.

Hi – thanks for the feedback. When we first launched Lamb spleen Fillets, we did sell bigger pieces but we were having a hard time getting everything dry so we had to start cutting them smaller. We have passed your message to our QC manager to see if they can look for a solution. Sorry for the disappointment! Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Please reach out to us directly so we can assist you with a refund. We used to slice the lamb spleens once but they weren’t always dry enough so we had to cut them twice. There may have been a quality issue with a bag that received more crumbs at the end of the batch. We have checked the inventory and the pieces are around the same size as several other products like Lamb Heart Fillets and Lamb Lung Fillets. Apologies that this one isn’t what you prefer and we hope to hear from you so we can help!
