Feeding Instructions
Feeding Instructions:
Divide the recommended daily amount into 2 portions for morning/evening feedings. Rehydrate by pouring enough hot water over dry food just to saturate. Let stand to cool. Always make sure your pet has access to fresh water to drink.
Each bag is vacuum sealed and flushed with a little food grade nitrogen gas for ultimate freshness. Once opened, food can be stored unrefrigerated in the original zipper bag for up to 2-3 weeks. To keep fresh longer, place food in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer and use within 30 days of opening; contains no preservatives.

I have been owned by kitties my entire life. I have never had any of them be so excited about food until we started feeding Fresh Is Best. It started as a result of one of our kitties having a sensitive tummy and constantly throwing up. She was on special food, steroids and probiotics but continued to have issues. As a suggestion from a friend, we tried Fresh Is Best as a supplement. After one week, no more throwing up! She is now completely on this product and off of daily steroids. Our other two kitties were insistent that they too had to partake in these new chicken bits. They will devour them dry before even touching their canned food. Absolutely the best cat food we’ve ever given our babies. They definitely love it!

This is the first raw freeze dried food my cat will eat and I’ve tried a lot of raw, and freeze dried raw brands. We purchased your Fresh is Best originally for one of our kitties with stomach issues. It definitely improved her discomfort in addition to a healthier and shinier coat. As a result, the other two kitties decided they were being left out and wanted in on this delicious new dining experience! Needless to say, it is now the preferred food for all of them. I’ve tried mixing it with water according to the directions but they prefer it in the dry form only. Of course, they always have access to fresh, running water. I wish the chicken would be a tad less dry. My cat doesn’t eat wet food, so I have to pound it to make it edible for her. It often contains shards of what I call “shatter,” sharp pieces of maybe frieze dried gravy (?) which I have to remove entirely

With a recommendation from my Ragdoll breeder, I originally purchased this product for one of my sensitive tummy kitties. Along with a probiotic, she very rarely throws up now and is no longer on steroids. Needless to say, our other two babies decided this is also their food of choice and happily snub their pricey canned food! Thank you so much for the high review! We are happy to hear things are going well for your kitties, using Fresh Is Best. Though we like to see cats getting most of their moisture from their diet, (as they would in the wild), some cats do take diligence to convince that moisture is good in their food. Starting with tiny drops and gradually increasing can fool these smarties into getting hydration in their rations over time. Regardless, having lots of fresh water available at all times will help keep them hydrated. Best to you and your sweet babies!

I was purchasing this product on Amazon and was having issues with the bag not being vacuum sealed. Ever since I started ordering directly from the company, I haven’t had any issues.

Th flavor is great, but the size of the cube is too small, and some cubes are crushed when I received it. My cats only eats the large cube, and left the crumbles out. About 1/3 portions are crumbles, so hoping you guys can make the cubes larger to avoid crumbles. Thank you!
