Shipping and Returns


Free Shipping: Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via ground service or US mail.

Shipping schedule: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, Central Time Zone. Once an order is received it takes approximately 1-2 business days to ship. Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Check your spam folder if you do not receive this email within a day or two of placing your order. If you do not receive tracking information, call our order fulfillment line at 414-935-4203. Leave a detailed message if you receive a recorded voice greeting so we can call you back with tracking info.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options such as overnight or 2-day are not offered online. If you need an order quickly, do not place your order online, call us during our operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, Central Time Zone) to see if expedited shipping is available and get a quote.


Most pets love our products; but every pet is unique in their tastes and appetite and things can change over time.  We will offer a refund when necessary. We cannot accept open products for return. Unopened products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product and any tax assessed only, return shipping is not included in refunds.

Email a description of your return (order date/number, items included and tracking number for the package) to: orders@freshisbest.com. When we received the package you will receive a confirmation email. At that time, please call our order fulfillment line at 414-935-4203 during business hours (8:30am to 4:40pm CST) to give your original payment method to our Order Fulfillment Specialist so we can issue the credit. If you receive a voice greeting, leave a detailed message and we will call you at our earliest convenience.
